About Southeastern Property Maintenance

Established in 2001 by John Hart, Southeastern Property Maintenance LLC is a locally-owned and operated family business in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. It is a full-service property maintenance company that performs multiple services for residential, commercial, and property management companies. We specialize in many different tasks from apartment turnovers to minor repairs. With our 24-hour emergency response, you can count on us to provide exceptional service.

John is very involved in the community and has served on the Board of Directors of both the Brewins Youth Hockey and the Bridgewater Little League and was the Program Coordinator  for Bridgewater / Raynham Hockey. John is a 17-year member of the Professional Firefighters of Massachusetts.
